To the person who suggested I get the letter of predictability out this way. Thank you very much. Talk about brain dead-never occurred to me! LOL!! Any way here it is but to give credit where credit is due this letter came from Christine at Carondelet Manor. You can see how with some word changes a similar letter for amputations etc could be developed.
