We have received 1200 RAPs
Surveys at AANAC. The Commonwealth Fund and CMS would like to see a response
rate of 2500 surveys sooooo............... as you can see we really need
your help! If you have not completed the pink RAP Survey we mailed to
you a month ago, please do so. You should have received an envelope with
the postage paid. Drop it in the mail today! Thanks for your help with
