Well, state left today after only 2 days ! No nursing deficiencies!!!! This was my first survey in this position as an MDS careplan
coordinator . I was put into this position with very little training, basically
sink or swim …and
you all were my lifesavers! I appreciate all the help I have received from everyone here…Thanks!!!!!! |
