venting

Just venting------got a call from the nursing station that they could not remember how to document on a new restraint!!!!!!!  We do everything on computer and years ago I built a cabinet with directions on how to do everything--------step by step.  So for the restraint question you would go to TCU Cabinet/Documentation/Restraints and you would get a txt screen that would tell you everything that you would need to do and how to do it.  I am glad I am retiring in 6 weeks.
