Modified/Inactivated MDS

Hello.  I am new to these boards and relatively new to the MDS Coordinator position, even though I have been filling out the MDS for 10 years.  I have a question regarding modified or inactivated MDS:   When I print a corrected copy of the MDS and attach the correction request form, I know that I sign at AT5 and date at AT6.  Am I supposed to have all the other disciplines sign the corrected copy of the MDS?  They have already signed the original MDS and their sections did not change.     Thanks so much.  These boards are very interesting.   Donna
