We started our week out with visitors bright and early today, my first experience as a MDS coordinator and the survey process so I am a bit uneasy. Would someone please clarify for me (hopefully I have been doing this correctly …but I am second guessing myself and can’t find my answer in writing)…. 1.   A 5 day medicare assessment …with an ARD on day 9…what is the latest day for signatures (and remain in compliance) at  AA9   and    R2B .   2.   How is everyone inviting (and documenting) Residents to their own careplan meeting.   Thanks.
