I have talked to this CO since yesterday via emails of this problem. All forms are working. It was a glitch. I have been emailing people privately about this. Please contact the person who send the info on the list as not to clog it up. that person, like me or who was the sender knows what is happening because I was the original sender.
I have already been talked to me about this. No more software on this listserver. I made a mistake. So please let's stop and just try again. I did and it works fine now.
