Respiratory Training

Does anyone have information on what type of training is needed for nurses regarding Respiratory Therapy.  Is there a check list of certain areas they need to be trained in?  We are looking at getting a respiratory therapist to do training for our nurses and want to make sure they are being trained in all areas required.  Thank you!
