You have to have upper level buy in and total committment to the change.  Specialized training for all to include housekeeping, maintenance and dietary also office staff.  Everyone has to be singing off the same page.  It is a wonderful experience once it is accomplished.  The environment will become more therapeutic for residents and staff.  Excellent program for Eden Alternative at Westgate Manor in Bangor , Maine.  If Darlene Fields is still there she would be a great resource.  good luck and your going to love it. -----Original Message----- From: Park Lane MDS [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, May 05, 2004 8:04 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: neighborhoods I have question for the group.
