I keep a notebook -- each medicaid resident has a form that tracks their purpose codes --
and a all inclusive onepage sheet to keep track at a glance who needs to be done (I use to communicate with billing as I make changes & to watch who is expiring in what month)
you know that only one R per Jan-June and July-Dec so mark in special color or highlight

(I never learned how to use formulas on excel so there are none, I use these as fill-in forms and it helps to stay on top of medicaid and reimbursements along with Denise's previous suggestions)
