No matter what day our admissions come in I schedule their 5 day with the admission with a start date of day 5 [ unless I need to capture something to increase the RUG score ]. The business office just has to understand and be patient. Our billing office usually bills the middle if the month for the previous month.Most of the time the assessments are completed by then.
