No, this is not correct.  Payment will change on the date of the ARD which can be either day 8, 9 or 10.  I was trying to clarify that it is not necessary to have the assessment 'completed' on one of these days, just the ARD selection made.

                 Allow me to recap what i believe you said;
                               Omra billing (payment only) will change on day 8 regardless of whether or not ard was set on days 9 or 10. Is this correct?
