Ladies and gentlemen,
As the result of a recent IJ for elopement, I have been charged with
reviewing and revising our facility elopement risk assessment, investigation
tool, and policy. Anyone out there willing to share what you do in your
buildings? I felt we had a pretty extensive policy, but as th result of
the most recent issue, and a $3050 fine (IDR to be done late May, wish us luck)
our process needs to be reviewed. Any help or advice would be
appreciated.
