Thank you for forwarding document. Am I correct in assuming this scenario? Resident fxs hip. Goes to hospital. Has 3 day requisite stay. Returns (for whatever reason) not a candidate for therapy. We send this letter to the DOC who states that resident cannot tolerate therapy at present time.
