Another question...If the facility did a change of ownership from a
sole proprietership to a LLC but did not change any staff. (Just a paperwork
thing); Do they have to resubmit MDS's as outlined in the information posted in
these updates?

It was recently announced that these revisions were to be out on 4/22nd but I was not able to print them out on that date. I did print them today (4/26th). What is the effective date of these revisions? Thank you.
