I believe they were posted 4/23....but IF you can rely on what Ellen Gay, of CMS, said in the SNF Open Door Forum yesterday....they are effective 4/26/04.

It was recently announced that these revisions were to be out on 4/22nd but I was not able to print them out on that date. I did print them today (4/26th). What is the effective date of these revisions? Thank you.
