That she was discharged AMA does not affect the coding in R3. Since the daughter took her home, I would code for private home--either 1 or 2 depending on whether they were going to have home health services. The other is where I code when I have a resident leave who is going to a homeless shelter or to the streets. (Unfortunate situations in a large city)
