Hi All,
A few weeks ago you all spoke of a form use for your MDS assessments. I had a chance
to see the RSD form the other day. It was impressive in assisting with the MDS
assessments. I was wondering who was completing the RDS or forms like it used to
complete the MDS assessments? How long does it take to get it done? Thanks for your
help.
