Rehab ultra high

My facility recently opened a traumatic brain injury rehab unit. These clients are to receive 4-5 hours of therapy a day. I just started doing 5 day assessments with enough minutes coded in section "T" to score in the ultra high category. However, the scores only come up as "rehab high." Is it possible to score a "rehab ultra" on a 5 day MDS using the estimated number of minutes? Could this just  be a software problem?   Thank You- Erin McQuiston RN
