[CM] rhythmic rest symbol

Hi,
In "Notes from the Metalevel", (Chapter 10 p93) table 8 gives examples 
of rhythmic symbols:

quarter                         q
triplet quarter                 tq
dotted-eight                    e.
triplet dotted sixteenth        ts.

and so on.

Are there corresponding rhythmic symbols for rests?
