I just uploaded a new version (0.9.8.0_beta) of snd-ls at the usual place, http://www.notam02.no/arkiv/src/snd/ . It contains Snd v9.3 from 30-Jul-20007. (downloaded 27-Jul-2007, weird. :-) )I think this one should fix the problem for those who got an error about the missing rt_readin_tag during startup.
