ok svn trunk now has a new Audio>MidiOut>Midifile Settings... dialog
and the midifile defaults are now just like cm2 (beats not
milliseconds with tickperquarter=480, tempo=60)
with that in place the following writes a file that displays a c-
major scale s s s s q e e q in sibelius
