svn trunk is now development for next version (3.8) and the current
release is now in the 3.7 branch:

trunk already has a nice midifile player working. Ill be adding major
improvements to plotter and probably support for reading and writing
SDIF files. if i have the strength i may try to get liblo compiling on
windows too...
