boolean=?, symbol=?, exit, emergency-exit (see s7.html for the rest).
added destination/start/end args to copy.
Snd: new gtk listener, split out as glistener.c/h,
tests in tools/gcall.c and tools/gtest.scm.
checked: sbcl 1.1.7, gtk 3.9.0
