The only mention of :decay-time that I can find is in clm.html -- that file describes the Common Lisp version of clm, not the scheme version. In the scheme version, the decay time is up to the reverb, and is sometimes passed via the :reverb-data parameter to with-sound. freeverb for example has a decay-time parameter which can be passed from with-sound via :reverb-data '(:decay-time 1.0).
