Right, I saw that in the docs. I was more curious as to why that was the route chosen: whether there were historical reasons, coming from Tiny Scheme, or it's just the approach that you like better, or S7 predates syntax-rules, and so on. But no worries if that's not something you have time or inclination to get into.
