One reason for the early release was that I wanted to use __has_include to make mus-config.h optional (that is you don't have to make an empty file anymore). It works in gcc and clang, and I think it works in MS C++ from after 2017 (it's in the C20 standard, or is it C23?). It will be in-place by tomorrow; let me know if anything goes wrong.
