I heard that Dr Sawyers is now using the UCLA lab and not Speciality Labs for the PCR test anymore??!! I was surprised to hear this?? Can Kristin or anyone tell me when he changed and why?? !! I am scheduled to have my 3 month PCR and FISH and I have it set up to be drawn at my local onc's office and shipped to Specialty Labs (re Dr Sawyers request)...I am very concerned if Dr Sawyers is not using Specialty for PCR??? I know he doesn't use Specialty for FISH, but I thought he worked with Speciality to have this very sensitive test done there??? What's going on??? God, it's always something?? HELP! I am in Orange County, house sitting and I could get to UCLA for my tests. They are do now. I have left a message on Liz's voice mail, but???
