My Dad is doing better now off gleevec after he had his spleen
removed. He was getting too much fluid retention around his lungs and in his
legs while on gleevec. Plus he is CML Philadelphia Chromosome Negative so he is
an unusual case. but he may have to go back to a reduced dose of
gleevec.
