I don't agree with the idea of being quiet in fear of offending someone that isn't in our predicament.  Going under ground isn't the answer as far as I'm concerned.  We need to get on the phones and mail our representatives until their secretaries can't do anything but handle our correspondences.  In that way we have their attention and then we stand a better chance of getting some results concerning our issues.
