Dear Nancy, I was so sorry to read about Bob's problems, hopefully
the medication will help with his memory and things will improve.

tests were done.....MRI, echocardiagram and duplex carodid artery
sonogram. The two "grams" were negative, in other words, the heart
and the artery did not cause the strokes. Probabl y just getting
older. It is absolutely NOT caused by the BMS drug. Bob has been
prescribed Aricept (for memory) and low dose aspirin. We have to
wait for approval for the aspirin from BMS, but Dr. Sawyers is
diligently working on getting that. The aspirin is supposed to help
stop any future strokes, since it will thin the blood.
