Try Chamomile tea. It tastes great. Very relaxing and believe me it works.
Just be careful not to over drink it. I did and I had the opposite issue.
It is an herb used for relaxing and diarrhea.
I started to drink it for the relaxation benefit but then realized I had the
serious constipation issue. I looked it up on the web and that’s where I
found that it's used to stop diarrhea.
I love the flavor but unfortunately because of this side effect, I can only
treat myself to it once in a great while.
I would think this should be an ideal solution for you too since you have
had gastric bypass surgery.

Subject: Diarrhea !!! Need advice!
Hello, I am sooo miserable and need advice. I am suffering greatly with
diarrhea. And i do mean suffering. As in 22 times since midnight Friday
night. I must mention that i have a gastric bypass stomach. But when i get
fed up and don't take the gleevec then it stops.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. I had a blood test
which shows i am getting dehydrated and potassium is low and sodium is high.
My onc was not on call this weekend. The on call onc said take more imodium
and call my doc in the am Help ?? Debra
