Had my first nosebleed of the heating season just this morning, so I
cranked up the humidifier. In my case,it seems to be related to the
dry heated air. Happens every year.
Ditto to the fatigue. I think these side effects are pretty common
for many of us.
I am also married to a near saint, who lovingly puts up with moody
times and we do have lots of good days too!
I find that walking helps the fatigue, even though I hate exercise!
