Sometimes, yes, the fatigue comes on suddenly. It's like driving your car, when there is gas in the tank, everything is fine, then you sputter and your engine goes out. I was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia - rare in men - and given iron supplements. The iron has improved my stamina but I'm still sub-par. Exercise (for me it's daily golf - at least 4 to 5 holes daily) has also helped me to feel more energetic... on Tuesday I managed a polling place for 16 hours! I am totally amazed how well I survived, but I crashed yesterday and I'm still recovering today.

he is wide awake and fine and then within literally
minutes hes falling down tired...
