Hello Group,
I started Weight Watchers 4 weeks ago. I had gained 40 pounds since a 
year ago at diagnosis. Things seem to be going well. I have lost a 
bit over 7 pounds-really slow, but I figure that if I do it slow it 
will stay off this time. (it only took 4 months to put it on!) I also 
started working out during lunch at work. That seems to be actually 
getting easier-and I am one who HATES working out. Right now I am 
doing anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes of cardio. I am not about to do 
weights till I lose some of the fat(I bulk up FAST. The one thing I 
am having problems with are what I read somewhere as 'Franken-Foods' 
things like no-fat cheese, non-fat this and that. I want to be able 
to continue eating like this after I lose the weight and I KNOW that 
I will not eat Franken foods then. Any ideas or recipes for lower fat 
less sugar(I do like splenda and can continue using it forever)foods 
goodies-especially?

I have an appointment with Dr Soiffer at dana Farber the 15th of this 
month. Any questions would be much appreciated.
