I am like Kathy and Gina. My platelets count were 1
million and my white blood cell was normal. I was diagnosed to a "T". And after
3 weeks my results came ph+ and since than my life and my priorities
have changed.Gleevec put me into CCR in 4 months but for more than a year
my pcr is still positive. I think because we changed my gleevec dosage to 300 mg
for side effect. I am back now on 400 mg and waiting for my
first quantative PCR results in few weeks. I will keep you
posted.
I have a question though to Kathy why did you added 10 miu interferon (intron a)after you are
PCRU?

thought i had thrombocytosis, but i was ph+ too.
