Hi Karen,
Just for your information, my husband, Bob, is on the BMS trial and has always had high platelets. On this trial if the platelets go over 700 they put him on Agrylin. He is now on 12x.5 mg per day, 6 in am, 6 in pm. His platelet count yesterday was 1017. All his other counts are ok, and Dr Sawyers at UCLA is convinced Bob actually has two diseases, CML and ET.
