Lynn, Why would being Irish or having a dog have anything to do with your liver function???

I think every 3 months is the norm. I didn't receive the norm at my original hematologist. I had a feeling something wasn't right and had my family doctor check and he was hot!! The hematologist just couldn't believe it was the Gleevec and asked if I was Irish or if I had a dog. I told him I had an Irish Setter and "See ya baby"! Now this was the premier hemat in our area!!! My liver was not damaged but I am on and off prednisone so I can remain on IM. Lynn Franklin ------------------------ Yahoo!
