>Hi Karen,

I have also had the bumps on my legs that are fluid filled which
looks and acts like poison ivy. It begins with the itching and
after they pop they burn and are extremely sore. Even in the shower
it hurts with the water on them. I keep them covered as my socks or
clothing cause irritation. I have had them since I began Gleevec
but didn't want to blame it on that. I finally broke down and went
to a dermatologist in hopes he'd have some answers. He did a biopsy
which came back inclusive. He scratched his head and said he thinks
it is related to the gleevec but not certain. He has given me some
medication called Olux which seems to be helping but then again I've
been on others that worked temporarily also. I have also had two on
the side of my foot that were fluid filled almost like a boil the
size of half dollars that were very uncomfortable. I can not
imagine having them on the bottom of my feet. Thank heavens I
haven't had any on my arms or face!

I also had the sores inside my mouth while on Hydrea and they are
miserable! None of the medication you mentioned did the trick for
me either. I noticed when I would eat too much chocolate it seemed
to be worse.

  Hope it improves for you!

  Eileen
