________________ Hi Lynn, You know how some/most of us don't want to be known by the big C... cancer....well, this must really be true for people in the spotlight. It is usually mentioned when they are first diagnosed, because of cancelled performances or news reporters getting wind that they have been hospitalized......but you don't hear any ongoing reports. For Mary Travers, they said she would get chemotherapy for a few months and go into remission.....I took that to mean she was CML and going on Gleevec......no other leukemia is dealt with so casually.
