Hey Group: My name is Kay and I was diagnosed with CML in 11/03. I was given 2 months by my diagnosing doctor and the following month, I was given 2 - 5 months by the doctors at a Cancer Center in my area. I have been almost to __________ and back with the side effects, Gleevec dosage changes, Procrit, at least 2 heart attacks. I thank God and 2 or 3 more responsible people that I am alive. I reached 0% in December, and my saying before CML . . . "I Ain't Finished Yet" I feel giddy . . . I was given this link by someone in a Cancer Chat . . . I am special, and I have found more 'special' people. I go to the ER and doctors and nurses "duh" when I say I have CML. Could someone email me and let me know when the Chat is open.
