Hi to All,
I received some good news today. The Phase II Study that I have been
in for 5 years out of Northwestern University Cancer Center in Chicago and
sponsored by Norvartis want me to continue in their study. I will be one
of 300 subjects that will participate. And, I will only have to have the
one BMB each year, thank you! I was one of the first 200 patients to start
STI571
back in February 2000. The study will include the United States,
France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and in the United Kingdom. I have been
taking only 3 capsules each day for over 4 years and I am doing very well.
Some side effects, just like everyone else. So you all take care.
