Hi all,
Yes, that's a possibility.
I never thought of myself as an overachiever or below capacity.
I like to finish something that I start but have never worked outside the home; reared 5 children and baby-sat grandchildren.
Have always been a bit anxious but also calm.  Two types of personalities it seems.
Depended on my hubby a lot and when he died, just was in so much grief I think it weakened my immune system.
But then we don't really know what causes this CML do we.
It's an acquired disease. What I want to know is where did I acquire it hehe.???
I've been overseas and have traveled a lot.
Only radiation I have had has been dental.

Let me go further on this:
I'm sure constant stress put(s) some real strain on my immune system.  (Of
course there are other real "reasons" -probably too much radiation, etc.)
But, darn, something keeps telling me I should be finding ways to be more
economical with my strength.  Don't get me wrong.  I believe in many ways my
system is working well BELOW my capacities.  Now, that surely can't be
healthy either.
My suspicion:
Maybe the Over-Achiever gene and the Below-Capacity gene are the same one.

What do you think?

Cheers,
Vincent
