Germain - I would recommend seeing a counselor and perhaps trying an antidepressant. I don't usually support this but Gleevec can cause depression and irritability. Sometimes we're the last to recognize it. I have been on Gleevec since earlier trials and found the same thing happening last summer. My oncologist put me on Paxil CR and things have been much better since. I went to counselling for six weeks just to make sure I was "okay"!
