The City of Hope is a good transplant center. I don't know much about bad headaches with Gleevec or CML, except that maybe cerebral edema could contribute to this. I am sure his doctor will be looking into the cause. It is good that your husband is back in 2nd chronic phase. Does he already have a donor identified?
