Oh, you should definitely request a bone marrow every 6 months and PCR, FISH test at least every 3 months due to your extra mutations. Which mutations were they? I also have extra mutations and have responded well with Gleevec. Mine are Derivative 9 deletion and translocation of 17 and 22.
