Yahoo does not give a reason why people are banned. Their terms of service allows them to ban individuals at any time for any reason and states that Yahoo users "agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Yahoo!'s sole discretion and that Yahoo! shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service." Any disgruntled or malicious person with a personal vendetta can apparently complain and have the account of someone on Yahoo terminated and there is no legal resourse without spending hundreds of thousands of dollars in an uphill battle. I did some research and found a few others who had their ID and groups banned and deleted and none of them have had any success in even finding out why they were banned. Rob
