I was also wondering about this. A week after diagnosis my oncologist said
they found a small node in my neck. He said that it was very small and he would
monitor it. He said that it was not uncommon if someone had high white counts
(which I did -- about 230 at the time) for those cells to go to somewhere and
that it might be termporary (at least, that's what I thought I heard him say).
I've been wondering what, if any, disease progression is there with CML? In all
my searching on CML I've also not seen anything that talks about this...
