I am sorry you and a few others are so unhappy with the efforts that have been made to continue the CML group. I am not really sure how much more specific I could be since none of the responses I have ever made have been found to be satisfactory by the small group who are so unhappy with how this group operates. You are incorrect in saying that no moderation has ever taken place in the group. Many thousands of spam messages have been deleted that did not go through to the group and problem users have been removed from the group to protect the safety of other members.. Since the group no longer has full moderation capabilities because I was banned from Yahoo that leaves the group with very limited function for the future.
As for harassment you are well aware there have been major problems in the past 2 years with the Yahoo group that have included threats and harassment. All of that has been discussed in private with you and others in the group and you know what the details are. I do not like the game of having "questions" asked where some already know the answer and try to see how far they can push. As I have made very clear before in private I will not under any circumstances tolerate any further harassment of me and my family. It is unfortunate that of all places a CML group has attracted so many people who will stop at nothing to get what they want. It is unfortunate that some have made the choice not to try the new group. I have tried very hard to make certain that all of those who have a real interest in participating in the new group have been able to make the transistion so they will still have a way to communicate with each other. I think the Google group and the message board on CMLHope.Com provide ample opportunity for those who have a serious and legitimiate interest in participating in a CML suppoprt group.
