I did not imply that you knew more than what you and I and others have discussed about the harassing phone calls and other incidents that have taken place. Each of the times I received calls at 3AM, 4AM, 5AM in the morning I have talked with others about it and there is a long record of what has taken place in the past 2 years. It would be my opinion that Yahoo is a very attractive environment for people to harass others because they show when users are online when you are part of a group and because Yahoo fails to intereact and respond to users through a customer service department. Even before the most recent problems with Yahoo I had to stop using Yahoo messenger (or put myself on invisible).
I have explained in several previous emails that Yahoo does not give reasons why they ban people. Since I have done nothing wrong the only reasons would be if someone filed a false complaint or if there was some type of system error. When I contacted Yahoo they only would say that a complaint was filed and then proceeded to ban my other email addresses as well. The only way to even find out would be to spend hundreds of thousands to take them to court and even then they will not reveal the names of people who make complaints without a court order. The same would be the case if it was an error on Yahoo's part. In my opinion Yahoo's system clearly favors the harasser not the victim. I have talked with others who have had similar experiences who were never able to get any resolution with Yahoo and many of them like me lost years worth of work, files, and contacts when their accounts were deleted. Several I read about who had their business web sites on Yahoo lost their entire business in the same manner. I have helped every person who has asked for help in getting to the new site.
